Recently I've been addicted to using Notion to organize my life. Life in between freelance, new family, wedding and immigration papers, it become harder to manages, and since adding one more person to share your life goal, and daily todo things. I got to find something that can combine everything I need in one place.
Before I use Dropbox Paper a lot, maybe just cause its beautiful layout and the clean look of it, make me want to use it to document my thoughts and plans, but it's not so easy to organize one you have more docs in your folders, and not easy to find when it comes to searching and reviewing endless content.
Trello, in the other hand is great to use as organizing missions and goals. But it's not a great place for documents itself, always kind need to link to Google Docs or Paper, it just adding things up and open hundred of tabs.
It becomes similar to all other productivity apps and platforms. But Notion, seem like a great solution for everything... I used Notion long time ago for work but didn't really get into it. But my friend starts to saying he uses it for wedding planning, it works pretty well, they have changed a lot with new features and Templates for you to easy to start things. And here comes addiction. I'm personally so bad at sorting my things, they have these great examples for you to start things in a second. And help you to dividing your personal life and workspace in all different ways to document it. I love it.
Here is a great example videos of how to use it in your life.
Let me know how do you use it in your life!
